Salmon River Days Street Fair
Dear Vendor,
The Salmon Valley Chamber of Commerce would like to invite you to participate in the Salmon River Days Street Fair, downtown Salmon. The event is scheduled for TWO consecutive days, Friday, July 3rd and Saturday, July 4th , 2009. Our Salmon River Days parade will be on Friday, July 3, 2009.
A 10� X 10� space for Friday, July 3 and Saturday, July 4:
$35.00 if received before May 1, 2009
$40 after May 1, 2009.
Electrical hook up is an additional $10.00. (Please call for availability.)
All booth spaces will be assigned as they are received.
Participants will be responsible for their own tent or shade, extension cords for electricity, tables and chairs. Security is also the responsibility of the vendor however we will have a security person patrolling the area Saturday night. The SVCC and/or the City of Salmon will not be held responsible to any theft or damage to goods or equipment.
Set up time will be 7:00am on Friday July 3, 2009.
Selling date and time: Friday July 3, 2009 9:00 am to 6:00pm
Saturday, July 4 2009 10:00 am to 5:00pm
Booth location maps can be picked up at the Chamber of Commerce office or sent to you by June 20, 2009.
Applications must be received by June 15, 2009. No refunds after June 15, 2009.

Rules
1. Vendors must provide display booths, shade, heavy-duty extension cords, and their own funds.
2. Items sold must be representative of information given in application.
3. All participants MUST have an Idaho Sellers Permit Number.
4. All participants must adhere to all applicable City rules and regulation as they pertain to Itinerant Merchants. Violation of any rules could result in permit revocation.
5. Power supply is limited. Saved usually for food booths.
6. No loud music may be played without prior approval.
